Almost all photographers I know like taking pictures of performances - especially concerts. For eight years I was a member of the Danish collective RockPhoto, which consisted of 6 photographers, 1 tech wizard and 28 runners. Our primary venue was covering the yearly Roskilde Festival from the very beginning til the very end. 10 days in a row, working 16 ours per day, documenting everything from the life in the camping area to the biggest concerts at Orange, gave me a backbone of confidence and creativity I still use in my daily work today.
